Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing a positive customer experience that leads to improved satisfaction and sales.

Job Description:

Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing a positive customer experience that leads to improved satisfaction and sales. Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Own the customer experience-think and act in ways that put our customers first, giving them seamless options at every touchpoint, and making them promoters of our products and services
  • Create a connection and develop rapport with customers to provide outstanding, personalized service
  • Listen carefully and connect with customers to understand their top priorities and to uncover products and solutions that will benefit them
  • Assist customers with inquiries and/or problem resolution in a professional and composed manner, escalating to a manager as appropriate
  • Ensure customers/clients are quickly connected to the appropriate teammate with the expertise to meet their needs
  • Follow all company quality guidelines, ensuring consistency in delivery of the customer experience
  • Build, develop and maintain partnerships with Sales team members to maximize effectiveness and serve customers
  • Accurately and efficiently process sales orders
  • Follow established policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service ideal, degree or appropriate education may be substituted for experience
  • Strong detail orientation
  • Excellent communication/listening skills
  • Careful attention to detail and time management
  • Identify customer needs, goals and objectives
  • Respond and assist customers with inquiries and/or problem resolution
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft office and Access is helpful)
  • Respect and promote inclusion and diversity
  • Stable work history
  • Pass a drug screen and background check

Hours Per Week: Mon. – Fri., 8:30am – 5:30pm
